FTM concentration extraction technology enhances solid content of the concentrated liquid discharged from less than 5% (typ. 2%) to 20%, diminishes concentrated liquid flow by more than 80%, boosts primary brine refining and filtration capacity by 8%, and ensures post-thickening quality: SS ≤ 2ppm.
The original filtration process involves a complex series of equipment, from filter discharge through salt mud handling, multiple pumping and pooling stages, chemical treatment, and finally filtration by an inorganic membrane, requiring upgrading and pressurization by five centrifugal pumps. This technology's thickened liquid, with reduced flow, significantly cuts operational energy, shortens frame filter press time, and boosts the refining filtration device's water production capacity by approximately 8% in subsequent stages.
Technological Advantages:
1. Excellent material properties
Due to the characteristics of the membrane material of FTM discharge concentrate lifting filter, it has high flux, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, long life and excellent oil-water separation performance.
2. Small volume
The FTM discharge thick liquid thickening filter equipment is small in size and can be used in the spare space on the floor of the inorganic membrane brine filter equipment, without the need for another plant and site, covering a small area and saving investment.
3. Extremely low energy consumption
FTM concentrate filter utilizes the static pressure of 1~1.5 bar at the outlet of inorganic membrane brine filter concentrate discharge to provide feed pressure for the thickener, and utilizes the level difference to realize micro-pressure filtration, without adding power for feed and filtration, and there is no power consumption and energy consumption in the thickening process.
4. Convenient operation
Thickening device can use the original PLC to realize full-automatic control, without personnel operation.
