We have reached a deep cooperation with a famous enterprise in Zhejiang Province in the primary brine expansion project of potassium chloride production line, and the project has been successfully completed under the joint efforts of both parties.

During the preparation stage of the project, we carried out in-depth communication and demand analysis with the customer to fully understand its production demand and production expansion target. Based on this, we tailor-made a set of efficient and reliable production expansion programme for the customer, and successfully signed the project contract.

During the implementation of the project, our technicians participated in the whole process and guided the on-site installation and commissioning work. They strictly followed the engineering specifications and carried out the work with great care, which ensured the steady progress of the project.

By 24th September 2024, the project site has successfully completed the commissioning work. After a comprehensive and strict operational assessment, all the performance indicators of the project have reached the expected design standards, fully meeting the customer's production needs.

The design indexes of the project are as follows: SS of raw brine ≤ 100ppm, production capacity of the system to treat refined brine ≥ 30m³/h, SS content of refined brine ≤ 1ppm, turbidity ≤ 0.5 NTU.
